BOOKING POLICY
All the extra information you need
Before you arrive for your appointment please ensure your hair is clean, properly detangled and ready to be canerowed. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee of £15.
WIGS
All wigs take 3-5 working days to made.
Please note frontals and closures must be sent 5 days before your appointment.
We highly recommend using our Lux frontals/ closures & bundles for the BEST results.
All custom wig orders using our bundles/ closures take 5-7 working days to be completed.
If a colouring job is added this will take 7-11 working days to be completed.
CUSTOMISED CLOSURE AND FRONTAL INSTALLS
Closures & frontals need to be sent at least 5 days before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in an additional £20 charge.
DEPOSITS
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £10 is required to secure your booking.
COLOURING
We also colour bundles upon request. Please contact us or email us with the subject 'colour'. If you have any images of the colour you would like please include them in your email. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
If you are using your own bundles they must be sent 7-12 days before your scheduled appointment if you wish to have your bundles, frontals/closures coloured.
LATE FEE
If you are more that 15 minutes late, you will be charged a £10 which will be added to your outstanding balance on the day.
If you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGE
We do not accept returns, however exchanges are accepted provided the wig/ bundles are in its original condition.
LOYALTY CARD
Our loyalty cards can only by stamped by one of our staff members at your appointment or
virtually after you've attended your appointment. You have up to 6 months to redeem any prizes from your loyalty card. Discounts or coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other deal we have on at the time you redeem your loyalty card rewards. One visit is worth one stamp on your loyalty card.
